Lubricants Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Asia Pacific Region Worms
This position is based in Beijing, China, and requires regular travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asia-Pacific region to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and prioritize key markets, segments, and customer accounts for focused sales efforts
- Continuous monitoring of the market and competitive situation to analyse and identify new business and market potentials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners in the region as well as acquire new customers
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for the Asia-Pacific region
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, technical teams, procurement and senior management
Your qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the lubricants or related industry, with a strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market
- Strategic and results-oriented thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Strong acquisition and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High willingness to travel frequently within the Asia-Pacific region
